About Jason
Jason Shatzer is a CPP* (certified professional photographer) and a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography. Jason's portrait work is clean and simple. He is as comfortable working with large groups as he is with a single infant. Jason prides himself in being able to capture an emotion of a mood in a portrait. Jason believes that having a portrait created is a special thing, and he always feels honored when a family asks him to create a portrait that he trusts will be passed down for generations to come.
About Christine
Christine Belanger is also a CPP and a graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography. Her specialty is commercial photography, which makes her attention to detail impeccable. She assists Jason on portrait sessions by capturing candid moments that happen beyond Jason's lenses. Her attention to detail allows her to make sure that no hair is out of place in your portrait. Christine also creates beautiful fine art photographic pieces of her work that are currently on display in several galleries and in many homes on the east coast.

* The Professional Photographic Certification program is recognized throughout the industry. Those who have earned the Professional Photographic Certification have passed a comprehensive written exam measuring their technical expertise, and have successfully submitted their work to a panel of judges for review and approval, and abide by a professional code of ethics. A photographer must re-certify through the Professional Photographic Certification Commission to show that they are maintaining a high level of technical and artistic competency, assuring that their clients' expectation of the standards of excellence are consistently being met.
A Certified Photographer designation offers potential clients an assurance, not just of quality, but also of technical skill and artistic expertise. Less than 3% of all photographers hold this mark of excellence.
